Friends of Golden retrievers has posted a link that we can use to write to the Dept. Of Agrculture in Pa. to make a complaint about this shelter. Please take a minute and voice your concern about this and maybe make sure this does not a happen to another dog. The date was April 21st and the name of the shelter was Fayette SPCA.
